Class times
Teens (age 13+): Mondays 3:34 PM - 4:30 PM + 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM Thursdays 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM + 6:00 PM - 6:45PM
Pre-Teens (age 9-12): Mondays 6:45PM - 7:30PM + Thursdays 6:00PM - 6:45PM
Classes are 45-60 min.

Josh Gabriel, Head Youth Instructor
Josh has extensive experience in sports and youth training. As a former baseball, football, track and basketball athlete, he utilizes his background and formal training to build rapport and progression with his youth clients. Each class will have specific exercises tailored to their age and abilities. Josh will utilize various tools designed to increase coordination, agility, core strength, and endurance. As with anything else, the work that your child puts in will determine what he or she gets out of our classes.
In addition to weekly classes offerings, we encourage personalized one on one sessions for youth athletes wishing to further improve conditioning and enhance performance based on sport specific objectives & goals.
