Our facility is over 9,000 square feet and encompasses more than 7,000 square feet of fitness floor space! We’ve got all the room for activities!
Carpe Diem has invested in the best equipment available. Equipment features include a 44 foot main rig accommodating 60+ pull up stations, and an additional 14 foot rig for open gym use. We house Concept-2 bike ergs, rowers, Assault bikes, sleds, turf, GHDs, Rogue Cerakote bars and MORE.
Large grassy lot with a surplus of outdoor space, dead-end street with no through traffic makes the area perfect for parking, running and outdoor activities.
Prime West Side location! Located just off I-72, Wabash Avenue, and Archer Elevator, Carpe Diem CrossFit is convenient to access for members both in town and out of town.

We offer an array of group class times. No need to reserve your spot. Show up when you can to get that daily sweat in!
Open gym is offered ALL DAY. This means if you can’t hit a class, or want to do your own thing for the day, you can come and go as you wish.
Full temperature controlled locker rooms feature showers, towel service, private changing areas, storage for your personal toiletries, and vanities for a comfortable transition throughout your day.
Retail lobby space sells supplements, apparel, beverages and convenient snacks to grab quickly after your workout.
