We understand that classes aren’t for everyone. Our one on one sessions provide a program tailored to the individual based on specific goals, desires, needs and limitations.

In addition to personalized training, we offer one on one youth sessions geared to enhance endurance, performance, and agility for a specific sport or objective (a great supplement to our youth classes).

Regardless of your goals, incorporating strength training into your routine is key. Having more lean muscle means your body burns more calories at rest, and makes your body more resilient to daily tasks and stressors.

The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both cardio and strength training. Our trainers will closely observe to be sure you are moving correctly, maintaining good form, holding your posture, breathing right, increasing your strength, reaching target muscles, and maintaining a body/mind connection. Your instructor will design each workout to include proper strength and cardio, and ensure you have a great time!
